By accessing or using iLuvRESUME ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

iLuvRESUME is a free, web-based resume builder that allows users to create, edit, and download professional resumes using a set of pre-designed templates. The Service is provided free of charge and does not require user registration.

3. Your content

You retain full ownership of all content you enter into iLuvRESUME, including personal information, work history, and any other resume content. By using the PDF generation feature, you grant iLuvRESUME a temporary, limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your PDF — this licence expires immediately upon delivery of the PDF.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you enter does not infringe the rights of any third party, and that it complies with applicable laws.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create or distribute fraudulent, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Infringe any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service's infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

5. Intellectual property

The iLuvRESUME name, logo, template designs, and underlying code are the intellectual property of iLuvRESUME. The template layouts and visual designs are provided for your personal use in creating your own resume. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicence the template designs themselves.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

iLuvRESUME does not guarantee that your resume will secure employment. Job search outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iLuvRESUME and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business — arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
